Development

Development has always been at the core of Waymaker.Church. We develop others to impact generations because wisdom, skill, and opportunity must be given away. One of the primary ways development is accomplished at our church is through the following Waymaker Institute programs: Academic (Certificate), Internship, and Residency.

The Academic Program is a one-year program where students receive college credit hours. It helps students clarify their life direction, understand their role in the Church and launch into their next step. This is accomplished through academic classes, spiritual formation environments, and hands-on ministry exposure.
