PROVEN MEN
Proven Men is a private group that helps men find sexual freedom through accountability, encouragement, and Biblical truth. All information shared remains confidential.
PROVEN WOMEN
Proven Women is a private group dedicated to seeing women freed from the bonds of sexual addiction. Sexual addiction does not discriminate. If you are one of the many women today who privately struggles with lust and pornography, this study will point you to freedom through Jesus Christ.
PROVEN WIVES
Proven Wives is a private group for the wives of men who have struggled with sexual integrity. This study walks you through the betrayal trauma, grief, and anger that results from discovering your husband’s unfaithfulness.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Joel and Theresa Hesch have been married for over 30 years and are passionate about helping men and women find victory over sexually addictive behaviors, whether it is lust, pornography, or affairs. But life and marriage has not always been easy. Joel founded Proven Ministries 20 years ago after breaking free from sexual addiction that nearly destroyed his life and marriage. Tens-of-thousands of people have used his studies to experience sexual integrity. Together, the Hesch’s use their own struggles and victories to guide others to the healing power of Christ in the midst of muddy waters.
