Finding lasting community at Waymaker.Church begins with Rooted.
Rooted is a 10-week small group designed to connect you to God, the church, and your purpose. Together, in a group of 10-15 people from all walks of life, you'll explore the Bible, engage in prayer and serve experiences, share stories, and practice rhythms essential to a healthy spiritual life. These spiritual rhythms aren't new, or something that church recently created, every one of them is found in Acts 2 where the early church began. We will provide you with a facilitator who is trained to come alongside your group to help you get the most out of the experiences. Rooted is available twice a year, January and September.

The Sisterhood: The Well Gathering
The Well is a gathering of women from all over the greater Lynchburg area. We are passionate about creating an environment where you can encounter the living God and leave encouraged with the desire to know Jesus more!
The Well will meet this fall in the Blackbox Theater at Waymaker.Church. Fall Dates: August 26, September 16, October 21, & December 9 at 7 pm.

Here at Waymaker.Church, we are passionate about pursuing holy sexuality, building bridges, and removing obstacles for people to experience freedom. This is why we partner with Proven Ministries, who has a passion to see people set free from their sin and passionately pursue Jesus in a personal relationship with Him.
Pain to Purpose
This community exists to help you navigate your trauma, tragedies, and major life transitions and find purpose in your pain. God does not waste an ounce of your pain, and we’d love to help you discover purpose in the midst of it.
